Our integration and data transformation service is dedicated to supporting data provider organisations in seamlessly connecting their existing data systems to the shared care record.

Utilising the Interweave Connect solution, we work closely with relevant internal teams within the organisation to transform a variety of source data (HL7 / SQL etc) into the FHIR compliant JSON format so that it can be accessed by the data consumers within the Shared Care Record.

We work with partner organisations to document source-to-target data mapping and the process of transforming the data, ensuring it is readily available for end users. This enhances patient care by providing a comprehensive and accessible shared care record.
