The implementation phase focuses on assuring all stakeholders that the project is ready to go live. It is expected that an organisation should have completed all end user training, their communications plan is implemented, and support is in place for business go live. This should include 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support.
All go live readiness activities, such as organisational structures and processes, should also be in place at this stage.
